The Punjab Health Department is seeking the resumes of exceptionally skilled, energetic, and experienced professionals to fill the open positions. This hiring will be done by the National Testing Services, or NTS.

Eligibility Criteria for Health Department Employment

Anyone with the necessary training and experience, regardless of gender, is eligible to apply. Candidates who apply through the appropriate methods and are employed by government or semi-government departments are also eligible.

To be eligible for this job, candidates must possess one of the following qualifications: M.Com, MBA, MBBS, Master's Degree, BS, MSc, CA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA, MS, MSPH, MCPS, BSc, Pharm D, or BSc. It is required to have at least 8 to 10 years of experience.

1. Project Director (PPS-11)

• Qualification: M.B.B.S with a postgraduate degree in Public Health/Medical Administration/Health Management/Administration or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum ten years of verifiable experience, including 5 years of relevant project management and/or implementation experience. Knowledge of Public Sector rules and regulations is advantageous.
• Age Limit: 25-55 years

2. Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10)

• Qualification: M.B.B.S with post-graduation in health discipline (Public Health, Health Economics, Healthcare Management).
• Experience: At least eight years of relevant experience, including financial reporting and knowledge of Accounting Standards for government institutions.
• Age Limit: 25-45 years

3. Quality Management Specialist (PPS-9)

• Qualification: Masters/MS/MSPH/MCPS in Public Health, Health Systems Management, or related field with specialization in quality management.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical quality management of hospitals.
• Age Limit: 25-50 years

4. Procurement Specialist (PPS-9)

• Qualification: Master's degree in MBA procurement, MBA logistic & supply chain, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least eight years of experience in procurement of Goods, Works, & Consulting services.
• Age Limit: 25-45 years

5. Monitoring Evaluation & Learning Specialist (PPS-9)

• Qualification: Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Demographics, Public Policy, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum eight years of experience in M&E for development projects.
• Age Limit: 25-50 years

6. Healthcare Management Specialist/DPD (PPS-10)

• Qualification: MBBS/MD with post-graduation in health discipline.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in developing and implementing health sector operations.
• Age Limit: 25-40 years

7. Procurement Associates (PPS-7)

• Qualification: M.B.B.S
• Experience: At least three years of experience in procurement activities.
• Age Limit: 25-50 years
