STAFF URGENTLY REQUIRED For the following roles, which are solely contractual in nature, a progressive public sector company operating in the province of Sindh and registered under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 is seeking competent and driven candidates. The postings listed below are from Karachi. Sr. No. 01 Name of the Post and Criteria: Company Secretary Requirements: A master's degree in business administration, law, commerce, or a similar discipline; membership in a recognized professional accounting association; or membership in a recognized organization for corporate or chartered secretaries. Experience: At least three years of experience working as a corporate secretary in a respectable organization is necessary, along with a minimum of five years of relevant job experience.

Skills: Comprehensive understanding of Companies Ordinance and Non-Profit Regulations required. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team. Ability to manage multiple and competing demands. Job Description: Ensure compliance with relevant provisions of Companies Law and other statutes. Convene and manage all General Body, Board, and Board Committee meetings. Maintain key corporate documents and records. Assist in board members' skill gap analysis. Responsible for all statutory filings with SECP. Prepare, approve, verify, and sign official documents on behalf of the company. Any other task as required by the board or CEO. Sr. No. 02 Name of the Post and Criteria: Gender Specialist Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Gender/Women/Development Studies. Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in the Gender and Development field, with 5 years in Gender, Housing & Infrastructure, ideally with an international donor agency. 
 Sr. No. 03 Name of the Post and Criteria: GIS/Drone Specialist/ Data Analyst Qualification: Master's degree in computer science, geography, surveying, engineering, or related field. A specialized degree in GIS and Remote Sensing is preferred. Esri ArcGIS Desktop Certification preferred. Experience: Overall 10 years of work experience including 5 years in GIS-based data collection and analysis. Proficiency in GIS software and programming languages such as Python and R. Sr. No. 04 Name of the Post and Criteria: WASH Specialist Qualification: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, environmental engineering, civil engineering, WASH). Experience: More than 10 years of proven experience in implementing WASH projects in emergency and humanitarian settings. Skills: Knowledge of humanitarian standards, protocols, and best practices related to WASH in emergencies. Ability to support and develop WASH programs within scope. Strong project management and budgeting skills. Collaborative approach in coordinating WASH activities with stakeholders. Capacity building and training experience. Job Description: Support the Chair in performing the role and preparing governance-related reports. Ensure gender integration and consultation in project decisions. Establish measurable gender-related targets and indicators. Review project documents through a gender lens. Undertake WASH assessment and develop comprehensive WASH programs. Oversee planning, design, and construction of WASH infrastructure. Collaborate with government agencies and humanitarian organizations. Develop monitoring and evaluation framework for WASH activities. Prepare regular reports on WASH activities and progress. Provide training and capacity-building sessions for staff and community members.

 Name of the Post and Criteria: Legal Officer Qualification: Law Graduate (LLB) with a minimum of 8 years' experience, preferably with Government organizations/Public Sector Entities. Skills: Proficiency in drafting legal documents and arbitration support. Knowledge of industry-specific contracts, regulations, and procedures. Strategic, analytical, and creative approach to legal matters. Ability to work with legal and non-legal professionals. Job Description: Draft, review, and verify legal documents including contracts and legal notices. Provide arbitration, litigation, and mediation support. Attend court hearings and act as a liaison with legal counsels. Ensure legal compliance with Pakistan laws and regulations. Manage IP-related matters and contract negotiations. Conduct legal research to support decision-making processes. Sr. No. 06

 Name of the Post and Criteria: Project Officer Qualification: Master's degree in social sciences or relevant field, with 5 years' experience in national or international organizations. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite. Strong communication and community mobilization skills. Knowledge of child safeguarding and disabilities is advantageous. Job Description: Implement project activities in coordination with participants. Develop and maintain project work plans. Manage project budget and report on financial status. Facilitate project-related meetings and provide inputs on performance. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Give the project team technical and managerial support.. Sr. No. 08 Name of the Post and Criteria: Assistant Manager Finance Qualification: Minimum M.Com/B.Com/BBA (Finance) or equivalent, with at least 5 years experience in public or private accountancy. Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Knowledge of accounting software, preferably SAP S4 HANA. Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. Job Description: Reconcile bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers. Analyze employee expenditures and manage income/expenditure accounts. Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations. Handle tax filing and remittance. Generate financial reports for management review. Sr. No. 09 Name of the Post and Criteria: Assistant Manager Disbursement/Accounts Qualification: Minimum CA/ACCA/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent, with at least 5 years experience in a public or private company. Skills: Proficiency in Shariah-compliant finance is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Ability to manage disbursement and accounts efficiently. Job Description: Determine and collect contract debts. Receive payments and issue receipts/refunds. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers. Manage income/expenditure accounts. Ensure compliance with financial obligations. Sr. No. 10 Name of the Post and Criteria: Assistant Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in administration. Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks and office management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Job Description: Plan meetings and take minutes. Handle correspondence and maintain filing systems. Order office supplies and maintain stock registers.
